Where it Started
Las Vegas in the early 2000s was a city exploding outward in every direction. New subdivisions were going up in Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas — thousands of new homes, thousands of new families, and thousands of new appliances that would eventually need someone to fix them.
The service industry that existed to handle those repairs was, to put it charitably, unreliable. Long wait times, no-shows, technicians who misdiagnosed to inflate parts costs, and a home warranty industry that collected premiums but fought every claim. Las Vegas homeowners were frustrated — and largely stuck.
Best Nevada Appliances Services was founded with a simple, almost stubborn premise: show up when you say you will, fix what you said you'd fix, and charge what you quoted. No more, no less.

Twenty Years. One City.
The early years were built on word of mouth - one satisfied customer telling a neighbor, one property manager recommending BNA to another. No billboards, no ad budget, no gimmicks. Just a team that answered the phone and did the work.
As the reputation grew, so did the relationships. Home warranty companies began calling — they needed a reliable service provider in the Las Vegas market, and BNA had become exactly that. For over a decade, BNA served as a preferred vendor for major warranty companies, dispatching thousands of service calls per year across the valley.
It was a good business. But it also created a hard truth: the customers weren't really ours. Every successful repair went back into the warranty company's relationship, not BNA's. A homeowner whose fridge we fixed on a Tuesday had no idea who we were — they only knew the warranty company's name. We were invisible.
